FRANCESE ROLL

Francese is Italian for “French”. Our Francese roll exhibits a floured crust with a light porous interior with nooks and crannies. Delectable to be eaten by itself or versatile enough for any veggie sandwich from avocado to zucchini, most meats whether salumi or salami, beef or lamb, fish or fowl.

CHALLAH ROLLS AND BUNS

This no dairy product makes for a healthier (and delicious!) alternative to traditional brioche. Now available in four sizes; Large, Medium, Dinner Roll and slider. This sturdy bun is great for burgers, sandwich rolls, kid-size sandwiches or sliders for your big game party.

DUTCH CRUNCH

Our Dutch Crunch Roll has a tender, sweet crumb. Baked golden brown with a sweet crackle topping.

WHEAT PANINI

A mini-version of our beloved Deli Wheat bread, our Wheat Roll boasts a lightly crunchy crust and with a hint of honey sweetness. Great for sandwiches or a dinner roll to share with a little salted butter.

PANTOFOLINA

Pantofolina means little slipper in Italian. The taste and texture of this soft round roll make it wonderful for a grilled sandwich, breakfast treat or single portion dinner bread.
